Terms And Conditions
- The Pak'nSave Christmas Club is run and guaranteed by
Foodstuffs North Island Limited ("FoodStuffs")
which operates Pak'nSave stores in the Lower North Island,
being: Wellington, Horowhenua, Wairarapa, Manawatu, Hawkes Bay,
Wanganui & Taranaki areas only.
- Membership is gained through filling in an application
form at any Pak'n Save store in the Lower North Island.
Membership is established when you receive your membership card
by post. Members agree to be bound by these Terms and
Conditions, as varied from time to time.
- You have 7 days from the date of joining to cancel your
membership by giving written notice to Foodstuffs where upon a
refund of any amounts deposited will be given. Cancellation of
membership for hardship cases will be considered on application
to store management. The bonus value will not be refunded where
you cancel your membership.
- You can add funds to your Christmas Club account
throughout the year at any Pak'nSave store in the Lower North
Island or by automatic payment.

- Christmas Club cards are not credit or charge cards and
cannot be exchanged for cash. Christmas Club funds can only be
used in Pak'nSave stores to purchase goods from
December-February ("the redemption period"). Funds are not able
to be drawn upon throughout the year until the redemption
period.
- The Pak'nSave Christmas Club year runs from 1 December
to 30 November. Any contributions made from 1 December onwards
and any unspent funds are held in your account for the
following year's redemption period.
- The bonus rates are subject to change without notice.

- If accounts are inactive (i.e. funds not contributed or
redeemed) for 24 months or more any funds become the property
of Foodstuffs. Expired accounts will not be reactivated. A
reminder letter will be sent to your current postal address 2
months prior to the account expiring if your remaining balance
is over $20.00.
- Lost cards or changes in contact details should be
reported by phoning 0800 PK XMAS (0800 75 9627) or by logging
in to our website
and updating your details.
- You are responsible for the security of your card and
we will not reimburse you for any unauthorised use of your
card. Foodstuffs will not be liable to you under any
circumstances for any loss or damage incurred in connection
with your Christmas Club account.
- Information provided to the Christmas Club will be held
at Foodstuffs in Wellington. Information will be used by
Foodstuffs, its agents and service providers for the purpose of
administration and operating the Christmas Club, for marketing
purposes, planning, product development, research and for
sending you relevant communications. You may also be contacted
by Pak'nSave with relevant promotional offers.
- Each member consents to the collection and use of their
personal and other information in the manner set out above and
the disclosure of such information to Foodstuffs' Christmas
Club agents and for the purpose of operating the Pak'nSave
Christmas Club. You may, under the provisions of the Privacy
Act 1993, request access to and correction of your personal
information held by Foodstuffs. These requests must be in
writing.
- Foodstuffs reserve the right to suspend or cancel the
Christmas Club or any other offer at any time considered
appropriate, and in that instance all rights under these terms
will cease. Foodstuffs will endeavour to give reasonable advice
of notice of suspension or cancellation by notification on www.paknsave.co.nz or by
notifying you directly.
